Day Ten- Good Plan Good Results
I won't post a menu or workout to day because it was as suspect at best. I woke up late, and really didn't have time to get all my shit in order. This was sort of a predesigned rest day as I hit it pretty hard last night. As we speak I am complex carbing . You rally don't want to deplete your muscle glycogen stores In my opinion, no matter what the South Beach , or Atkins Diet says. Be not eating at regular intervals, throughout today, I have most likely slowed my progress. I have to eat .
