Still 210 lbs. If this keeps up I could shred the rest of the fat via some long duration cardio sessions. I believe dropping the fat may drop my running and biking times quickly. No supplements....I have a ways to go...I could very easily cut the rest of the fat by go &amp;nbsp;ketogenic for &amp;nbsp;about 2 weeks but I&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&amp;nbsp;really no into that.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;What I would like to do is go more organic . locally , raw..and minimalistic. Does it even exist?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That is a great question.&amp;nbsp; This could be a 5 hour conversation.&amp;nbsp; In a way you are right.&amp;nbsp; I don't know if it does.&amp;nbsp; My thoughts on fitness have definitely changed through the years.&amp;nbsp; Some would say that Crossfitters are pretty fit, which is true but they are also pretty jacked up muscularly, does that still make them fit?&amp;nbsp; Powerlifters don't have much "cardio", long distance runners aren't very "strong", Lance Armstrong is a great cyclist but an average to below average Marathon runner, so is fitness just sport specific?&amp;nbsp; It's not the guy or gal on the cover of fitness magazines.&amp;nbsp; I think fighters, gymnists, though pretty jacked up later on encompass most of what we would consider fit.&amp;nbsp; How about the person who can continue to challenge themselves physically and nutritionally to constantly be varying so their body never adapts, all while their muscular integrity stays in tact.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #500050;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="color: #500050;"&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is you next step, where is Sportfitproformance go from here?&lt;br /&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Just opening a second location in Westlake.&amp;nbsp; This program has a long way to go so i'll just continue to progress and develop this program until I have a super tight system.&amp;nbsp; So many things to learn and try and discard and try and implement and discard and adopt.&lt;span style="color: #500050;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Whats in your ipod right now?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ooh, you know me man.&amp;nbsp; I'm always on some new stuff.&amp;nbsp; Real big on chillwave.&amp;nbsp; My tops on rotation right now include The National, Crystal Castles, The XX, Broken Social Scene, Foals, Kele Okereke, Sleigh Bells, Ratatat, and many more don't to one album for long and rarely go back.&amp;nbsp; Other then the music I still listen to all my MAT and RTS lecture, i'll always pick up something new.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you want to take your fitness to another level in Los Angeles or Ventura County. Sprinting , Distance running, Swam a whole 5 laps. Rode a bike, boxed, My advice to you is get the gluten out get the green vegetables and fruits in! &amp;nbsp;Gluten is in everything! Don't eat if you can. &amp;nbsp;Eat live food too!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As a aside not I have about five people working out with me now. As many of you know I have had trouble with some serious inflammation . My joints hurt all the time but I do not have Arthritis. Strangely I have good and bad days.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My Father was an anti wheat fanatic, he never ate cereal, breads, or pasta. Partly because he didn't like the texture , partly because he didn't like the way it made him feel. It bloated him and made his stomach upset. We I always thought was weird. &amp;nbsp;My dad was around 165 lbs and ran about a 5:15 mile into his 50's . &amp;nbsp;I have progressively put on weight since I left good old SFSU. I topped out at 250 in 2002. In college i went as low as 160 topped out at 175. My diet was trash, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Great Steak, Wendys, Del Taco. I &amp;nbsp;got hospitalized twice for food poisoning.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now this is where the story goes offtrack. My wife, Miss Cassidy, has had the same problem. she has tried everything. &amp;nbsp;She is in rather good shape except for her weight . She swam a 1000 yards today. Hit 150 on SST, has plenty of muscle, she deadlifted 255 last summer. She has responded well to low carb diets in the past! There is the mystery. Cortisone is notorious for having many complications associated with it's use. &amp;nbsp;I opted for this since my joint is solid as a rock, but as we age we do not heal as fast. So I opted for the shot instead of more rehab or the scalpel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I like alcohol , it is a great social lubricant. I gone months at a time without consuming. But I like it. IT is bad for the physique and performance. For must of us in order to reach our goals we must keep our consumption to &amp;nbsp;a minimum . By minimum I mean one beer , a light &amp;nbsp;on weekend. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When working out , remember to keep it simple as you learn more expand. Sometimes I forget that. But I am living different now. Maybe its the clean living . But I have come to realize , everything is not what it seems. What I am doing with this blog is giving a look on what most people don't want to do . They want the easy route. They want gratification. But what they really need is something solid and real . No Alcohol though. I am glad I didn't get swept up in the festivities. The one hope that have for everybody is the understanding that the lifestyle I live is an example of how you should treat your body. You wouldn't drive a car with no oil? Then why aren't you eating a handfuls of nuts right now, they are full of essential oils! Would you drive a car with no water in the radiator? Then why are you not drinking enough water( alkaline artesian).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My diet has consisted of lots of nuts and berries , Turkey(1000's of uses), water Next week I &amp;nbsp;may put A lil garbage in &amp;nbsp;, maybe not. &amp;nbsp;This lifestyle has changed my body and my mind for the better. My exercise has consisted of push up, ab work, grappling, boxing, kettlebells. No elliptical, no treadmill, no running, no 24 Hour fitness, just grinding it out. &amp;nbsp; Ask me what you need, I'll tell you honestly, that is my new mantra. I am switching to more Almonds, Cashews and Flax. I will up my consumption of Alkaline water. My clothes are starting to fit better and my Buddha belly has gone down quite a bit. By summer i should be dead sexy for middle aged , lanky slightly used Black Guy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My diet and exercise ( duration and intensity has increased slightly) &amp;nbsp;has not changed much expect for on the advice on a friend and expert to cute down on the products that do not natural occur in nature. He would advise me to cut out gluten to which I may experiment for awhile and see if any changes occur. I feel like I 'm Bruce Banner writing in his journal about his experiences with Gamma Rays. Eating clean makes it hard to go dirty. But sometimes you have to compromise, after I am not getting paid for physique. I hoping to work out with this baseball player today. He got cut from Sonoma State's Baseball team after red-shirting the previous year. &amp;nbsp;I'll try to post some video and pics of workouts if he finally commits. Plenty of kettebells and 5k's. Not the best option but it worked. No &amp;nbsp;timetable , I'm not big into that. It takes time to do what I am doing. It is what we should be doing. We should maintain our body and make intelligent choices . Food is a tough one, there are many different variable to account for. Nutrition is really a Grand Experiment. There are studies &amp;nbsp;on either side of &amp;nbsp;of the current food war. As a member of the Organic Consumers Association and part owner of food related business, I can attest to you that make the right choices is difficult. The best advice I can give is DO YOU OWN RESEARCH. I can squat 400+ I bench 305lbs. I discovered a long time a go that physique really doesn't have much to do with fitness. Genetics and diet have everything to do with it. instead of saying diet, because it is a misnomer when concerning physique, I like to refer to diet as an input. Allowing stress, negative thoughts, and lack of sleep can ruin a body.  So these things are out, in are low fact , low gi , minimal processed, organic food. But , all work and no play makes Terrance a dull boy.
